Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

ZoomCart BD offers Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Bangladesh.

Customers are requested to check the product carefully at the time of delivery. Once the product is accepted and payment is completed, it will be considered as a successful order.

 

Return Eligibility

Return requests are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery  

• The wrong item was delivered  

• The product has a verified manufacturing defect  

 

Return requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

 

 Important Conditions

• Products must be unused and in original packaging  

• Clear photos/videos may be required for verification  

• Return approval is subject to internal inspection  

 

ZoomCart BD reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the stated conditions.

 

Refund Process

If the return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days  

• Refunds will be issued via mobile banking or agreed payment method  

• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by ZoomCart BD
